What we collect

At checkout we collect your name and email address so we can create your order and deliver the eBooks. Our systems also record order status, Razorpay order/payment identifiers, payment method type, download-link activity, limited security logs and first-party landing-page events (for example, page views, preview selections and checkout starts). If you separately tick the product-update consent box, we also store that email address, its source and the consent time.

Payment information

Card and other payment credentials are entered into Razorpay’s checkout and processed by Razorpay. They are not collected or stored by this website.

How information is used

  • To verify payment and deliver your purchase.
  • To provide customer support and replacement download access.
  • To send occasional product updates only where you gave explicit consent; contact support to be removed.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized distribution.
  • To understand which parts of the landing page and checkout need improvement.
  • To maintain transaction, tax and accounting records as required.

Service providers

We use hosting, database, payment and email providers needed to operate the store, including Vercel, Turso and Razorpay. Providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and your choices

Transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and accounting purposes. Product-update subscriptions remain until you ask for removal or we delete the list. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information — subject to records we must retain — contact support@example.com.

Cookies and first-party analytics

The customer storefront does not use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies. It stores a random session identifier in your browser’s session storage to group first-party events during a visit; session storage normally clears when the tab is closed. Event records contain the event name, page path, limited interaction metadata and a hashed (not raw) IP address for abuse limiting. We do not sell this analytics data. The private admin dashboard uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie for the site owner.
